Bangalore: Eka Software, a leading provider of Commodity Trade and Risk Management (CTRM) software, announced today that GrainCorp Limited, one of Australia’s largest stock exchange listed agribusinesses has selected Eka for their grain marketing, execution and risk management software.
GrainCorp, which is growing its domestic and international grain marketing business and focused on continuous improvement, require a new CTRM system enabling GrainCorp to build capacity for growth.
For their newly established marketing operations in Europe, GrainCorp will be able to leverage Eka’s highly regarded and well-established software for international trading, covering trading, positions, MtM, P&L, execution, exposures, risk, settlement and reporting. For GrainCorp’s core origination and grain marketing business, Eka will be replacing multiple legacy systems for pool pricing, grower contracts and grower payments. The system GrainCorp will adopt has already been successfully deployed for other customers in Australia.
