Manav Garg- CEO & Founder

Manav founded Eka Software Solutions in 2001 after a stint at the Coffee Desk of the G Premjee Group. He has an in-depth understanding of the business and technology aspects of international trading, and provides strategic direction to the organization.  He is actively involved in the business strategy and delivery processes of Eka.

At GP, Manav was responsible for developing businesses with companies such as Nestle Worldwide, P&G USA, Lavazza and Kraft Jacob Suchard. He has extensive exposure in the coffee markets of Italy, Korea, Japan, Germany, Vietnam and USA, and played a crucial role in developing Vietnam as the group's key sourcing country. Manav is an alumnus of REC Jalandhar and IIFT New Delhi.

N. Karthikeyan- Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Karthik oversees Eka’s delivery of Products and services to clients across the globe with a high focus on its customers, people, process and technology. He is responsible for Product Development, Professional Sevices, Deployment, Data integration, Infrastructure services, Training and Support.

Karthik has over 18 years of technology experience covering Product implementations, Global delivery & Consulting Services with Fortune 500 corporations in multiple geographies. Prior to joining Eka, Karthik has held leadership and senior management positions with Sterling Commerce (formerly Yantra Corporation), GE, Sapient and Honeywell. Karthik is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institute of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineers, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from University Viswesvarayya College of Engineering, Bangalore.

S. Ragunathan - Vice President – Finance & Legal

Raghu heads the Finance and Legal departments at Eka. He is responsible for global finance and banking, financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, corporate governance, transactions, commercial licensing, intellectual property, employment law, litigation and legal support.

With a total of 26 years of experience, Raghu has worked with the Steel Authority of India Ltd., TVS Group, BPL Group, WR Grace, where he was responsible for Finance, Accounts, Forex, Exports-Imports, Taxation, Company Secretarial matters etc.  In his previous employment with MSPL Ltd., Baldota Group, his major contributions have been in the areas of IPO related work and SAP implementation. Raghu is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Shobhit Mathur - Vice President Sales

Shobhit oversees the business development and sales activities for Eka. He applies his extensive knowledge of global markets and sales to spearhead Eka’s growth in international markets.

In his 9+ years of experience, he has developed and executed strategies for new market entry, key account management, sales team expansion and business development. In his previous assignments, he was involved in origin sourcing, processing and international marketing of various agriculture products to clients in food service, retail and distribution businesses. Shobhit is an alumnus of IIFT New Delhi.

Vinayak B.M - Chief Architect

Vinayak is responsible for product engineering at Eka. He has been part of the Eka project since its inception, and is today involved defining and shaping the product’s architecture and driving technology initiatives. He leads a team of dedicated architects who are responsible for enhancing and constantly innovating the technology architecture and workflow in Eka.

Vinayak has over 15 years of experience in building and managing technology teams with leading national and multinational IT companies, including HP and L&T Infotech.

Vani Sathvik – Vice President Human Resources and Administration

Vani manages the Human Resources and Administration functionality at Eka. She is responsible for evolving Eka’s culture as an organization that empowers its people through sound professional development. Vani and her team are dedicated to driving Eka’s values throughout the organization.

Vani has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management working in multinational environments encompassing FMCG, Electronics, Manufacturing, Consulting and Cutting edge Technology Industries with transcontinental exposure.

Prior to joining Eka Software, she worked with FTD Group of Companies managing HR and General Administration for its Group companies such as Socrates Software, Avedis Microsystems, InfoComm Solutions and CISC Technology. Vani has a BA LLB and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
