Experience : 3-7 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Break down high-level business/user requirements into functional product design for product development, QA and documentation
• Lead the development of functional requirements documentation, including use cases, usability information, workflows, etc for product implementation based on market requirements.
• Lead the design reviews and the sign-off process to ensure that the requirements are interpreted and fulfilled correctly by product development, QA and documentation
• Integrate Business needs, Domain Knowledge and Product understanding to deliver a complete solution to EKA’s customers
• Conduct industry/market research, competitive analysis and create white papers and competitive analysis guides.
• Provide inputs to Product management group for development of the Product Road Map.
• Working with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing and sales collateral.
• Develop a deep understanding of Commodities trading domain and client requirements so as to provide feedback to the product management group
• Client coordination on presentation of solution / approvals of Functional Specification / tracking progress and managing change requests
  

Skill Set:

• Will be the lead consultant on the Domain in providing / architecting solutions for Global Multi-billion $ clients
• 3+ years of experience as a product /business analyst with IT systems or business analysis experience, mandatorily encompassing products released to external customers
• Solid experience in multiple ERP / e-Biz implementations (Oracle / SAP or similar)
• Contribute towards improving existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform current industry practices into fresh alternative solutions.
• Must have a ‘Business Process Mapping / Analysis’ approach to looking at solutions
• Knowledge of the commodities and energy business and derivatives (futures and options) would be an added advantage
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams of with software development, quality assurance, and product support
  

Qualification:

• BE / BTech. From a leading University,MBA in Systems/Finance/International Trade - preferred
