Opportunities > Principal Consultant / Sr Principal Consultant                                                                      

Experience : 8-12 yrs

Responsibilities:

  • S/he will lead and manage a team of Principal Consultant’s in architecting a solution for the clients. The Principal Consultant will integrate Business needs, Domain Knowledge and Product understanding to deliver a complete solution to EKA’s customers
  • Lead the Gap analysis effort for mapping client business and processes to EKA products
  • Lead and supervise the Development of functional spec documents for client business requirements
  • Client coordination on presentation of solution / approvals of FS / tracking progress and managing change requests
  • Coordinating internally for delivery as per specs and timelines
  • Provide support to the pre-sales effort by transferring business understanding in the domains that the Principal Consultant works in
  • Provide inputs to Product management group for development of the Product Road Map
  • Management of customer expectation and relationships
  • Support marketing and sales through leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including customer presentations, sales training guides, product brochures, FAQs, user guides, online marketing content and demos
  • Develop a deep understanding of domain and client requirements so as to provide feedback to the product management group
  • Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain functional analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses

Skill Set:

  • S/he will have experience in leading Global implementations and managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Solid knowledge & experience in multiple ERP / e-Biz implementations (Oracle / SAP or similar)
  • Ability to lead the consulting effort towards successfully understanding client business and developing solutions that address client needs
  • Desirable: Risk Management (VaR Analysis), Trading & CTRM experience

Qualification:

  • BE / BTech. From a leading University, MBA in Systems/Finance – preferred
